There are days when we feel bloated. They said that bloating can be caused by artificial sweeteners and carbonated drinks, so it's best to avoid that altogether.

The best anti-bloat foods which are also natural diuretics are:
grapefruit, watermelon, asparagus, celery and cucumber

These foods will help flush out extra water weight that makes us look puffy.

Note: Yes, those are square watermelons. I wish they have it here in the US. It'll solve the problem of storing it in the fridge. LOL I read that they do this in Japan where space is at a premium. The Japanese farmers force the watermelons to grow into a square shape by inserting the melons in a square, tempered glass while the fruit is still growing in the vines.

    this past few days i felt a bloated tummy..i didn't do anything yet i do drink more of sodas hehehe and now i know by this information. i wish i wouldn't have bloated tummy..its so heavy..hehehe
