Next month, October, is Breast Cancer Awareness month. I was going to wait and post this later but I felt that this is something women need to be aware of. I will be posting more helpful articles on breast self-examination.

I read this in one of the magazines and want to share it with you. When checking for lumps, you should also check under the nipple and in your underarms. It is not a common site but it is possible to get it there.
