This number showed up on our caller ID the other day. It showed 'Newark DE' which I assumed is Newark, Delaware. I usually do not answer unknown callers but I thought it was from my high school batch mate. Upon answering, there was no response from the other end. I know they did not hang up because I waited for at least a minute until I heard the busy tone. This is really annoying, just like those telemarketers that keep on calling even though our phone number is in the Do Not Call Registry. There is a website called ReportPhoneNumbers.com where anyone can fill in the Harassing Caller Report. There are already a lot of people who used this website to report the phone numbers of the unwanted callers and what kind of call it was i.e. telemarketer, credit card, and even collection agency. If you get an unwanted phone call, remember to use this website and do others a favor.
