I believe that parents need to instill the love of reading to children while they are still young. When my daughter was born, I started buying books for her. Now that she is almost 10 years old, she has a whole bookcase full of books that she has read. With my son, I have done the same thing. I think that children enjoy books that centers on a character. When they read their first book about this character they end up wanting to know more about it. There is a website about one of the Best children’s book series called Morgan and Little Fly. The kids will surely love and enjoy these series of books. It is about a little boy named Morgan and his imaginary friend Little Fly. With the help of his imaginary friend, this boy and the readers learn about many things, from what Morgan's father does as an Airline Pilot, how and where the first oil was discovered, to astronomy with the sky and the stars, and to the study of bats, glaciers and what happened in the ice ages. Reading this children's book series will surely open up their minds and get their imagination working. The other thing I love about this website is they teach the kids how to draw. They start with simple shapes and before you know it, they have drawn Little Fly. I tried it and you can see from the photo that it is very easy. If I can do it, I'm sure kids can do it too!
