I finished week one of my Cheerios Cholesterol-Lowering (hopefully) diet. I made a mistake of asking dh to get this from the cereal aisle while I went to some other part of the warehouse club. He chose the regular Cheerios and this does not have any taste to it. He said that this is the one that says it can lower cholesterol on the box while the Honey Nut Cheerios box doesn't say anything on it. I believed him until I saw the commercial on TV. They had the Honey Nut Cheerios there! Oh well, I'll have to finish these two bags of cardboard Cheerios. :o)
I found that it becomes palatable if I add a teaspoon of sugar plus a dash of cinnamon to it. Some other days, I add a teaspoon of Nesquick to it, yummy. So it looks like I'm on the right path. :o)
