First of all, you should stop drinking soda since it's just empty calories. (heh, just a friendly reminder.) Having said that, do you know that soda/pop/softdrinks can ruin your teeth? That is why you should rinse your mouth out after drinking soda. This will help wash the enamel-eroding acids off your teeth.

You are not alone. It is really addictive and takes a lot of effort to stop. I used to drink a lot of Diet Coke a year ago but was able to stop. What I did was to substitute flavored water everytime I have a craving for soda.

Good for you! I'm glad that I was able to stop drinking Diet Coke. I used to drink it a lot and I made it my New Year's resolution for last year to stop and I did. Do people in Malaysia drink a lot of tea? Thanks for visiting this blog Foong. :o)
