I've been using the Wii Fit to exercise for two weeks now. Yay! I do it for a minimum of 30 minutes and end up around 40-45 minutes. That's how fun it is, for me at least. I saw a post on Coach Jen's blog Personal Fitness Coach about a study done by the University of Pittsburgh researchers. They found that if you at exercise at least 40 minutes a day, you're most likely to keep off the pounds years later. So go ahead, add that extra minutes you need to get your total to 40.

    I'm so jealous. I wanted a wii fit for Christmas but they are so hard to find right now. Has it been a fun way to work out?

    @Makoy
    no problem, will do. :o)

    @Karen
    It is a fun way to work-out. It's not boring as walking on the treadmill. Try calling Best Buy and ask when they expect a shipment and stalk the store when that day comes. I called the store and asked if they can hold one for me and hubby picked it up from the store. Managers will usually agree to it as long as you get there asap.
