The kids and I are leaving tomorrow for the Philippines. After months of planning, it's finally here. It's bittersweet since dh won't be able to join us until after 3 weeks. It's exciting, especially for my parents, to finally see their grandkids after 3 years. They live in the west coast so it's not easy to see each other, since they don't like to come and visit during winter time. Most of our relatives here in the US are also going back so it's going to be a big reunion.
If it wasn't for my parent's 45th wedding anniversary celebration, we wouldn't take this trip. Considering the economy these days, I would've wanted to stay close to home. If I win the lottery, then sky's the limit. I'll take lots of trips all over the place and I probably will look at some Luxury condos in New York NY and go there every month. Which reminds me, I still have some lotto tickets that I haven't checked. Hmm, I might be a millionaire now without even knowing it. Wishful thinking!
