Think of fish and immediately, I think of lemons. Everytime I roast, bake, fry or grill fish, I automatically serve it with cut lemons. There are times though when I do not have any lemons on hand so I use the next best available substitute which is an orange. It's the lemon's cousin so why not? I use anything that's in the citrus family, just to take away the 'fishiness' taste. I love eating fish, it is healthy and has less calories and no saturated fat like read meat. Eating fish is beneficial for you, you probably will not need to look for the best fat burning supplement online.
