Traveling is already stressful, now, you've got to deal with paying for extra luggage fees! Some friends suggested that we take Southwest Airlines since there is not charge for luggage but we don't like S.A. (no offense!). Then add to the fees, the luggage weight was lessened! Our Atlantic luggages already weigh around 15lbs empty! We bought this brand because it is well made but now, it's up in the attic and used for storing out of season clothes. It's time to shop around for luggages that doesn't weigh much, maybe the Jack Georges brand is lighter. I'm also considering getting those duffle bag with wheels, looks like it is lightweight too. One thing I do when traveling is not to bring shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries that can be purchased in my destination, this saves space and weight too.
