When we read articles about eating healthy, these usually tells you to eat tofu, collard greens, and some grains that you cannot find in your local store. The problem with these advice is that most of it does not taste good. I read this paragraph in yahoo this morning:
"Canned wild salmon. Scramble it with eggs, use in place of tuna for a healthy sandwich, or top a salad with a few forkfuls for added protein and a boost of omega-3s."
Personally, I don't think I would enjoy canned salmon in my scrambled eggs. Would you? I like to cook and most importantly, I like to cook foods that tastes good and one that my family would enjoy. I lke to bake too although lately I don't do a lot of baking since I'll end up eating some of it. Then I'll be on the search for the most effective diet pills 10K that is available for purchase online!
