I love Dr. Oz on Oprah... I remember watching the Blue zone episode where he went all around the world where people tend to live longer. One of the things I picked up from that episode was to drink goat's milk, it's healthier... I'm hesitant. I'd consider eating chia seeds though :)Ms. O.
